Rules of War

Whereas we have observed the rise of violent conflict and war; the increase in discussion in rules of war; The desire for formalized rules of war; Therefore be it declared by simple majority vote that:

1. No party in a state of war shall:
   1. Intentionally carry out the destruction of property not involved in violent acts of war.
   2. Intentionally engage in acts of trolling against other combatants unless found to be funny.
   3. Intentionally detonate, or generate explosions unless in safe, and/or unimportant environments.
   4. Intentionally light fires or commit arson unless in safe, and/or unimportant environments.
   5. Intentionally kill any individuals that are in the process of retrieving items from a grave.
   6. Use of more than one totem in a fight.
2. Violation of this agreement shall be punished by a tribunal held after the conclusion of the war.
